Each year, on the first Sunday in May, we gather as a community to remember those that have gone before us. During our dedication we acknowledge those that have had tiles installed or have been added to the Memorial Wall. This annual event is held at the Fishermen's Terminal the first Sunday of May at 2pm.
The 2020 service has been postponed to ensure the safety of our community. We will announce the new date as soon as it is available. Thank you for your continued support of the memorial.
Fishermen's Fall Festival
This annual event celebrates the return of the North Pacific fishing fleet to the terminal, works to increase the public’s knowledge of the importance of the fishing industry as well as Fishermen’s Terminal to Seattle while raising money for the Seattle Fishermen’s Memorial Foundation. This event is made possible by the Fishermen's Terminal Tenants Association, donations from local businesses, and over 200 volunteers. The 2020 Fishermen's Fall Festival will be on Saturday, September 26 from 11am - 6pm. Please join us for some free family fun!
Seattle Fishermen's Memorial Banquet
This fun - and always entertaining - event is the largest annual event to raise funds for the Memorial's work. Every year in November Chinook's Restaurant closes to the public for one night to host this outstanding event. Members of the community come together for an evening of fine dining, networking, and friendly competition. Winners walk away with fabulous prizes donated by local businesses.
Seattle Fishermen's Memorial is dependent upon the generosity of our donors. Through your gifts we are able to offer scholarships, safety rebates and provide much needed emotional support to those that have sustained an incredible loss.
Fishermen's Safety Fair
Each year, Seattle Fishermen's Memorial hosts a Fishermen's Safety Fair to teach fishermen practical skills to save their boats and their lives. Together with our trainers and sponsors, we hope to promote and educate fishermen on the importance of safety. This years event will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. This event is held at Fishermen's Terminal at Dock 9. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
