About Memorial Scholarships

The Seattle Fishermen's Memorial is a charitable organization devoted to promoting safety in the fishing fleets and easing the emotional struggles and financial burden of education for surviving family members of fishermen lost at sea.

The memorial has established two scholarship programs:

The Memorial Fund Scholarship provides scholarships to the surviving members of fishermen lost at sea. To apply for a memorial fund scholarship, please click here.

Application deadline for 2023-2024 school year: June 2, 2023

Application deadline for mid-year programs beginning from January 2024 until July 2024: October 27, 2023
